Step into a joyful world of colour, texture, and creative play. In this hands‑on workshop, you’ll create your own vibrant gelli‑printed papers and transform them into a layered, whimsical collage artwork. No experience needed — just curiosity and a willingness to explore. We’ll roll paint, experiment with stencils and botanicals, and build a beautiful piece that’s completely unique to you. Come slow down, make a mess, and rediscover the simple pleasure of making art in a friendly and fun space..

🎨 What to Expect: This workshop will include a quick introduction to gell-printing for those unfamiliar with the process. (Advanced students can get straight to work printing!) We will then create a series of papers to use in a collage design and practice a few collage techniques before building our final masterpiece.
 
Suitable for absolute beginners as well as those familiar with gelli printing who want to learn more skills. The class is small to enable plenty of individual attention. Those who are more advanced can move at their own pace as desired, while beginners will be patiently guided. You can take a break any time for a tea or coffee or a stroll outside in the beatiful beach town of South West Rocks.

What to Bring: Just yourself and your sense of exploration and fun. All equipment and  materials are included, but please feel free to BYO. Tea, coffee and biscuits provided. There is a fridge/microwave for any other refreshments you choose to bring, and lots of nearby places to get lunch if you feel the urge.
