Shipping and Returns
I ship worldwide using Australia Post where possible. Where items are too large to post, I use a courier service. I try to combine shipping where possible, but in some cases items may be sent separately, and may arrive separately. I make every effort to process and despatch orders within 4 days of payment being processed.
All goods are shipped with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, or if we have sent you an incorrect item, please notify us as soon as possible, we will replace or refund your purchase. Please take a photo of any damaged packaging for me
I do not refund for "change of mind" reasons but will exchange for another item where possible.
Please note: guarantees are extended to the Original Purchaser only, and do not extend to any third party recipient of the items.
Return Shipping Costs
I will reimburse any reasonable costs you incur in returning items, if these items were delivered to you in error, damaged in transit, or are defective or incorrect. You are responsible for the costs of returning items to us in all other circumstances. Until you return items to us you are responsible for their safe keeping. I cannot accept liability for returned packages damaged during transit back to me, so please take care to wrap products adequately to prevent damage.
